Medi Juana Dispensary was founded in 2018 in the USA. In 2024, it was officially opened in Germany with the goal of being Germany’s biggest cannabis store and retail chain. Our mission is to provide our clientele with high-end European and U.S based cannabis products and accessories at reasonable prices.

After two years of being open, we have established and opened 48+ stores in small towns across Germany, with 10 more coming in the next few months.
